On Saturday, October 25th, the Metropolitan Herpetological Society will be volunteering to help the Parks Department on the Park Cleanup Day.  We will be doing a cleanup at Blue Heron Park.  The cleanup will beging at 9:00am.  We will meet in front of the nature center, and there will be coffee, bagels, drinks and goodies available to pick on throughout the morning.  Also, the parks department will be supplying us with garbage bags, gloves, and other supplies.  If anyone has waders or rubber boots we suggest that you wear them.  If anyone has any questions regarding the cleanup, and or wants to participate please email Harvey at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
